Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

Please note we use USPS as our main shipping provider; Sundays and some National Holidays are NON-Postal service days. During these days our packages are not picked up, or delivered, nor do they travel in transit. Being based in Hawaii, packages may take a few days longer to deliver rather than the automated and advertised time of arrival.

After we ship out the order, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, and/or custom issues of the shipment. You will need to contact USPS and/or your local carrier about any issues with shipping.
